When phone resets I get the following error
There was a system failure. You will be able to make outbound calls. Emergency calls will not work until your location is known.
Looked in the Expressway logs and seeing the following
traffic_server[9474]: Event="Request Allowed" Detail="Access allowed" Reason="In allow list" Username="testuser" Deployment="1" Method="GET" Request="http://fqdn:8080/e911proxy/xsi/SEPXXXXXXXXXX/error" Rule="http://fqdn:8080/" Match="prefix" Type="Configured rule" UTCTime="2022-01-20 16:13:04,525"
When I open that error, it opens an XML File
