Edit extension in CUCM business edition when AD sync'ed

Can I edit an extension in CUCM business edition in unity connection? We are AD sync'ed, I know it is possible I just can't figure it out. I have done it before. I created a wildcard extension (e.g. 229X) and associated that to a CTI route point, I then created an account in AD and assoicated the end user in CUCM with the CTI route point device which allowed me to use 229X as the primary extension. I need to be able to change this 229X extension in unity connection, I have done this before but for the life of me I can't figure out how I did it lol.

Hi Justin

You Need to change the 229X extension first in CTI route point , which will change it as Primary line in CUCM end user Page .

Now go to unity connection Administration page->tools->Sync users and select the user and do the sync

Note : Just did a quick test -Changing the Extension on the CUCM End user page automatically changed the extension in Unity connection
