emergency numbers without the null before

i googled a lot but didnt find any solution.

is there any chance to get to emergency numbers without dialing the null before?

our company wants to call 911 directly not with this number: 0911

is there any possibility to do this?

Yes, just configure that routing for that to happen.

Yes, but be careful of creating overlaps and cause accidental 911 calls if your off-net access code is 9.
