Emergency Push Button

Hello All,

Here is what we are looking for,  The administration would like it if our receptionist could have a push button at her desk so that when she pushes the button it will somehow call out on our VOip system to some set numbers, they want this for emergency purposes.

Right now we are looking at setting up a speed dial on her phone but if they call outside our system it needs to call multiple people with the push of 1 button

Is there equipment and programming for this feature?

Very Sorry,  We are running callmanager 7.1.3 and the phone type is 7962 with 2-7915 add ons

If you're looking for paging this is not something you can do with just CUCM.

You could configure SNR and a broadcast hunt-group but then only 1 person would answer the call, if you need everyone to get on the call and have a conference or just provide a message this is also not possible with just CUCM.
