Upgrading Cisco Emergency Responder 7.0(3a) I logged into CMPlatfrom and selected a Software Upgrade, choose Remote File System, and entered my FTP server info and hit submit and got back a "An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file".
After several tries while looking at FTP server logs (it never got any packets), then trying another FTP server and getting same error I switched to SFTP and the upgrade started.
Any known issues with FTP upgrades?
