The issue is that when the night service bell is activated and then deactivated on a 7970 phone, that phone's call forward option is automatically set to a strange number without the user actually doing anything. It only happens with a 7970, and it happens in at least three sites that have been tested, and presumably more. If customer uses another phone they do not see a problem. Customer has tried setting the phone's template to disable forwarding and that has no effect.

At least at 3 sites which customer has tried and the same number always comes up as the cfa:
On enable/disable of the night service bell triggers the problem
Router 1 - cfa 040873688
On Router 2 - cfa 180075
On Router 3 - cfa 0
Partial Config - See the two sho ephone outputs - one after removal of cfa at the end.
