We have purchased the Enhanced to CUWL migration SKU (MIGE-UWL-12X-STD) How do you go about getting the CUWL licenses fullfilled to the SmartAccount? All the Expressway and other licenses where fulfilled but the CUWL licenses did not populate.
I would email Cisco licensing and ask them. licensing@cisco.com
Possibly because this is not a outright new entitlement, they may want to see the existing Enhanced licences that are to be replaced with the new CUWL.
