Error: Insert Security Token

Hi all,

When I launch the CTL Client on w2000 with a etoken inserted on USB port, I login correctly on CCM 4.1.3 but after when CTL Client tries to search etoken says:

"Insert Security Token",

Any help?

the key is embedded on the token during production,isn'n it?
