Hi,
I have a problem, in virtual server VSphere .
it gives me the following message "unable to connect in mks virtual machine config failed does not exist".
can you help me please .

Hi,
This isn't telephony related problem. It is more a VMware related problem. Is your VM powered on. It looks that your vmx configuration file is missing. You can browse the datastore and check if the config file exist. If not you can create a config file using below link

Just adding what Mohammad and Jaime said, it looks like the HDD and the Config file for the VM are missing. If it is a fresh install, I would encourage you to start again, from the scratch and it will save you a lot of troubleshooting later on.
