Error trying to retrieve configuration file

Hi,

While attempting to download a phone's configuration via http the following error occurs. 

XML Parsing Error: prefix not bound to a namespace

Can someone tell me how to go about resolving this error and downloading the configuration file i require?

How are you trying to download the config file?

And from where? CUCM? CME? version?
