ETSI or QSIG with Harris PBX

I am going to connect between Cisco Voice gateway 2821 and Harris PBX via E1 PRI ?

Should i work with ETSI or QSIG configuration ? and what is the difference between them in term of features ?

Both will work. If your PBX supports QSIG feature, you can configure the router do so as well.

What is the difference between ETSI & QSIG ?

I need the Caller name to appear on both side ( Harris Phones & Cisco Phones )

Hi,

Certain advanced features mainly for networking PBX and VM systems.

Calling name works with or without QSIG, but if your PBX sends calling name in QSIG only, that is no problem for the router.
