Hi,
I have call manager 8.5 and exchange 210 UM voice mail, all seems to be working fine and configured according to CUCM 8.0 Direct SIP to MS Exchange document.
The issue that im encountering is that on the odd occasion, roughly 1 in every 5 connections it seems the call connects but do not get any greetings. Pressing the ? on the phone I can see the codec negotiation and the sending and receiving of packets then after approximate 16 seconds I get a fast busy tone.
This occurs if checking or diverted to the exchange server, I will be talking to the MSX engineers to check the event logs but like to know if some one has encountered this issue before.

Hi,
TAC advised this is a known bug in the SIP messaging. Upgrading to the latest version of 8.5 Su2 fixed it.
