Expansion Module 7916 not working with 7962G phone

Greetings,

call manager version : System version: 11.5.1.10000-6

I'm having issue with expansion module 7916. All lights are amber

Followed procedure, 7962 auto-registered but didn't detect 7916. 

I have added expansion module in device, added new phone button template, but no luck.

I have attached screenshots.

Update:
Tried same module with 7965 phone and it worked.
Can anyone explain what could be the issue. As the datasheet show 7916 is supported with 7962G.
