Extend and Connect Jabber - new number greyed out

Hi,

I have configured Jabber extend and connect by following all the instructions given here:

I have 1. enabled mobility in the end user and have standard ccm user and standard CTI enabled in the access control group

2. Created the CTI RD device and given it the same DN as Jabber on windows. The re-routing call seach space is allows PSTN calls.

3. Added the remote destination and associated CTI RD with the same user as the Jabber user.

 

Reset and restarted Jabber multiple times but when I go to use the other number to call, I do not see the remote destination under Device for calls but only see new number and delete number which are greyed out (screenshot)

 

Jabber version is 14.0.2
