Extension Change

Hi,

I want to change all phones extensions, which is the best practice to change all the extensions of the phones? Can I use bulk administration for this process and how?

BAT does not have that capability; you have two different workarounds in order to change the directory numbers; the first one, is to create two different translation patterns (one for inbound and another for outbound calls) or, you can export all the phones configuration to a CSV file, then manually edit the information and at last, remove and import the new CSV file.
