We are using a CTI application with CUCM 6.1. If users close their softphone without logging out (Extension Mobility) they are still concerned as logged in on the CUCM. Is there a possibility to disconnect this session after e.g. 30 seconds without network connection? In out case the CTI application has 2 TAPI lines and runs in problems if the user doesn't log out before closing the softphone and then logs in to a hardware phone.

From within CCMAdmin, select Service>Service Parameters
From the Multiple Login Behavior drop-down list, select if the multiple logins will be allowed and if so how. The choices are:
- Multiple Logins Allowed A user can log into multiple devices at the same time.
- Multiple Logins Not Allowed A user can log into only one device at a time.
- Auto Logout If a user who is already logged into one device logs into another device, she will be automatically logged out of the first device.
also from:
From within CCMAdmin, select Service>Service Parameters
Select Cisco Extension Mobility from the Service drop-down list
The Enforce Maximum Login Time field determines if the value in the Maximum Login Time field is enforced. If set to True, phones automatically log out when the time entered in the Maximum Login Time field has expired. To not logout phones after this time has expired, select False.

Thanks for the reply. I already knew these options, but they don't help in this case. If you set the Multiple Login Behavior to "Multiple logons Not Allowed" the following happens:
User closes this softphone without logging out. Afterwards tries to login a hardware phone. He receives the error message "[25] User logged in elsewere".
If you set the Multiple Login Behavior to "Auto Logout" the user can login to the hardware phone, but the session from the softphone is still there because CUCM can't contact the softphone and the CTI application has two TAPI lines.
So what I have to achieve is that if a user just closes his softphone, the session will be disconnected even if the softphone is offline.
