Hi Guys ,
i have a strange case on a remote site .
In fact , when i connect an ip phone to a switch (2960) on site B , the Extension mobility does 'nt on appear when i press the services key .
However wheni connect the same ip phone to another switch it appears .
Did any one face this problem ?

What do you see when you press Services when connected to the 2960? Is it on the same VLAN as the other switch?
Perhaps it cannot resolve the DNS of the EM service?
I would suggest looking through the phone console logs for clues, you can access the log by browsing to the IP address of the phone.

Also see if any kind of ACL is applied in the network path when you are connecting it to problametic switch.
