Hello Experts,
Some of our agents having hard time to logout from Extension Mobility.
Here's what they do to logout:
1) Press on the service botton
2) Select Extension Mobility
3) Press Yes to disconnect from EM
After pressing Yes, the screen displays En Demande and stays for ever. The only why to get rid of this message is to kill the phone by unpluging the cable in the back of the phone and plug it back. This also happens when the agent wants to put himself on NOT READY state. It looks like the JTAPI communication is not circulating. Please note this is an intermittente issue and happens only to some of our users. I have restarted the EM and Tomcat services cluster wide including the Pub.
CUCM version: 10.5
UCCX Version 10.6
Has anyone encountered such an issue?

Are the EM profiles subscribed to the Extension mobility service as well ?

Hi Jinto,
Do you mean if the extension mobility serivec is associated with User Device Profile? If so, yes they are associated.
