Extension Mobility - user names wiped out

Hi,

We run EM service on 8.5 CUCM and this morning I came to work to find out that some users lost their user names in the services field.

'Remembe the last user logged in' field is set to True, so system always remembers their names. CM is synched with LDAP for user authentication.

What could cause such a behavior?

Hi,

check your active directory , it seems these users are deleted from AD or the last name are removed.
