I am looking to deploy extension mobility cross cluster as well as normal extension mobility. do I need to define the 2 services, as I only need EMCC for a few people. Or does emcc cover for both non emcc users and normal EM users

EMCC does both, I'd recommend you to review the EMCC configuration guide.

Hi.

As Jaime correclty stated (+5 J), EMCC does the same job of "classic" EM in case of single cluster.

The only thing is to define a new service Eg. EMCC with the EMCC url which differs from EM url.

You can, than, deploy this new service to both old and new EM users even if the EMCC configuration is not completed.

Yes, I had read the config guide, it does not do a good job of explaining both std EM and EMCC.
