Cisco Unified CM ver8
If a user doesn’t have a voicemail box and forwards unanswered/busy calls to another extension the call returns to the original extension if unanswered/busy but there is no voicemail box.
How can I make the call terminate at the second extension mailbox?

2nd phone should have call forward behavior set to VM and it also might need changing something in your VM system depending what you have. VM system and version??

The 2nd phone does have VM set as behaviour for call forward.
Our VM system is Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.0.2.
Call Manager is Cisco Unified CM version: 8.0.2
