Hi guys,

I did integration with tiger for cdr and extensions, CDR is OK but tiger couldn't be able to see my CUCM extensions! I did AXL services and configuration I already showed the extension in Attendant console with AXL so my AXL is working! what would be the issue here?

You probably want to reach your 3rd party vendor for support on their product.

I already did! and they told me that can see some extensions but those extension for JTAPI, voice mail and CSS..just! can not see other extensions! why?
