FAC/CMC not working on DX70 with CE 8.3.1

Hi All,

 We have multiple DX70 & 80 devices registered on CUCM 9.1.2.

After upgrading these devices from android to ce-8.3.1-Final-3276302-2017-01-13, we found that outgoing PSTN calls with FAC are not working from these devices.

Our observation, it is not prompting for FAC & that is why call is not getting through.

Calls working fine without FAC.

Can someone please confirm if FAC is supported on DX series ce-8.3.1-Final-3276302-2017-01-13 and if not then what is the road map for this (if any) ?

I couldn't find anything in the RN saying anything about FAC/CMC and couldn't find any similar TAC cases, I'd suggest you open a TAC to have this investigated.

FYI, roadmap questions are NDA material and cannot be discussed at public forums.

Thanks Jaime for your reply, I'll plan to open TAC case for this soon.

Can someone having DX70/80 with CE check FAC please ? (In case I'm missing any setting/configuration)
