Hi,
In our Call center we are facing one way voice path.Users complaining that when the call comes from Customer side,they are not able to hear.It's totally blank call.
So,could you please let me know from where i will start troubleshooting ?
Call flows:

We have two datacenter one is in UK and another is in India
Calls coming from PSTN N/W(UK) -------------> Nortel ACD(UK)----------->Cisco Voice gateway(UK)--------------->MPLS WAN-------->Cisco Voice Gateway(India)--------->Call Manager--------->UCCE------->Agent IP Phone(Call center in India).

Thanks for your response.Could you please let me know in call manager where i have to concentrate.Since i am not sure how to debug this type of issue.It will be great help if you tell me in detail.
