We are having issues with FAX not working with ATA 191.
ATA Software version is : 12.1SR2-3
Call Flow:
PSTN >>> SBC >>> CUCM >>>> ATA >>> Ricoh Fax Machine
--> Internal calls to the ATA does not result in the FAX tone
--> when we connect a analog phone to the same port it works fine.
ATA debugs seem to suggest that its not sending a 200 ok to CUCM. Similarly, the ATA Web page shows the line status as Ringing but does not go to Off hook.
Fax protocol we are using is T38. Is there any way we can collect PCM capture from ATA like we use do it on the FXS ports on the voice gateway? This would help confirm whether FAX is answering the call or not.
