FD and PAB amount in CCM4

Hello,

does anybody know how to find out about the amount of configured Fast Dials and Personal Adress Book entries in CCM4.2(3).

We need to update clustuer to 7 via DMA (no AD integration) and don't want to loose those entries.

Hi sir,

Counting every single PAB and Fast Dials per user is not what we recommend.

You may need to go directly for each user into DCD and check there thats not supported and not really an elegant backup strategy.

Since you are running DC Directory and not AD, BARS does cover this and you should have all of his user information in the BARS backup so no worries there.

Upgrade to 7.x should cover the fix for CSCso28287 , you should be ok as longas DMA works fine without errors, warnings.

I'll have a try with DMA; and hopefully all data is being migrated.
