Firmware issue in cisco ip phone 7941G

Dear all,

I am having CCM verion 6.1.2.1000-13 I am planning to upgrade firmware of  ip phone model 7941G to new version. But while upating the same the ip phone display error message while trying to fetch the file from TFtp server. Below are current version of firmware & new uploaded version, I am uploading this new version as per cisco Recommendation. I reseted ip phone to factory defalut also but same issue.please advice.

It would be nice to get the error message.

Firmware upgrade from old firmware are mostly 2 steps process:

First upgrade to 8.5.2, then from 8.5.2 to 9.1.1SR1.

there is simple error message displaying on phone by name " Error"

i tried this version also  8.5.2 but same error.

Did you install the 9.1.1SR1 on all the nodes of the cluster

i.e. Publisher + all Subscribers ?

i have one cluster 1 pub & 1 sub. I have uploaded firmware file in pub only ...
