Solved: firmware upgrade issue in 6921

Hi,

firmware upgrade fails from SCCP69xx.9-1-1-0 to SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR2. I am using call manager 10.5. is there intermediate firmware upgrade required? can you give upgrade path please.

it is 6921 model phones

direct upgrade not possible.

Hi,

Direct upgrade should be possible. There is no such limitation mentioned in the release notes.

There were a couple of bug with 69XX series where firmware upgrade fails over WAN.

I would suggest you to upgrade the firmware using a local TFTP server. You can refer to the steps below:
