Hi.. I have Cisco 2911 router with 4 E1s activated on it. And 1xPVDM3-16 & 1xPVDM3-128. Every alternative day, all the E1's start flapping. After a reload of router, the E1s become stable for few days and then again start to flap.
IOS version : c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M5.bin

Noticed one thing after the reload that there is one DSP error.%FLEXDSPRM-5-OUT_OF_RESOURCES: No dsps found either locally or globally.
Upon checking show voice dsp group all i can see "2 DSP resource allocation failure"
