Does anyone know if there is a way to forward all calls to a particular DID that is also has menu options? Call Manager 8.5 is what's being used.
I have a phone that I would like to forward all calls to a 4 digit extension that also has 3 menu options. So if you were to call the DID that has the menu, you would have to select option 9, option 3, then finally option 1. I'd like to be able to forward the phone to the DID and get to the last option for option 1.

And why don't you simply configure CFA?????

Hi,
When you say, you need to forward calls to a 4 digit extension that also has menu options. I am assuming you already have set that up. If that is the case, then simply use CFA or TP as Jaime suggested. If not, then you will need either to use Cisco Unity Connection or UCCX to provide DTMF options to the caller once the call had been transferred to the desired extension.
