Hello All,
my infrastructure is composed of some sites spread out to European continent, recently we have unified our corporate directory, however I am looking for some solution for provide basic call-handling support for Cisco Unified IP Phones when they lose connection to IP internal gateway.
I will explain better:
I am thinking some MGCP on our gateway located on headquarter, so if they lose the connection (Call On Net) I can route again through flow primary ( PSTN in off net), but in this case I must prepend the first four digit, in the specific when I press 12345 I hit some intern in Spain in On net, if I lose the connectivity to IP internal gateway I will be route toward flow primary though ISDN but prepended to some prefix digit ( now in OFF NET the pattern in ISDN should be +330455 12345)
Can someone address me? This high avalability is eligible in some way?

You can use SRST and configure translation rules to do all the digit manipulation that is required for calls to work and be sent out to the PSTN
