When i dial from an ip phone to an analog phone i get a busy tone . but there is no problem when i call any number on the PSTN
my design is :
Cisco router ( H323 )with 2 FXO ports one of them is connected to the ip telephony network and the other is connected to an old Alcatel PBX . my CUCM is 10.0
the dial peers is 9T
and all the configuration is true
