FXO Port Issue

Hello,

We are Using CM version 7.1 with MGCP g/w. Also we are having few FXO card’s in g/w for using Analog trunk in & out purpose. Seems to be the ports are not working properly specifically incoming calls alone . Whenever we reset the port, it started working fine for few hours and went to the same state.

Is there any specific config required for FXO port or any patch to be upgraded. You action is highly appreciated.

Can you post the output of the SHOW DIAG command please?

Also, within CCM, are the FXO's configured as LOOP or GROUND start?
