FXO ports not delivering Caller ID MGCP Gateway

Does a gateway have to be H323 in order to get caller ID on FXO ports?  I have a 2911 gateway, IOS version 15.4(3)M3.  The gateway is MGCP.  It works sporadically.  I was wondering if there is a timer that can be adjusted.

Please provide the below.

1) exact CUCm version you are running.

2) Attach the "show run" from your MGCP GW.
