FXO "S_OPEN_PEND" State

Hi Guys,

I have a voice gateway with FXO 4 port card that permanently remain at S_OPEN_PEND state and as such cannot receive or make calls through the connected analog lines. I have swapped the IOS between versions 15.0 and 15.2 but no change. Any ideas for this behavior

Hi Aman,

Find attached the show diag/version and show voice dsp.

I see from the url that there is a possibility of DSPware  incompatibility with the Cisco IOS software. Right?

In the course of troubleshooting I loaded IOS ver 15 1, and 15 2 (4), but this didn't change the state. I have configured the ground start auto-tip but no change. Nether has reloading, shutting and un shutting the ports.

Can u try inserting the PVDM in second slot and run the command test voice driver again?

If status is same, raise the RMA for module.
