FXO ringback tone delay

HI all

i have small problem..

we use FXO on 2811 Router

router pattern 9T

0/0/0 , 0/0/1 , 0/1/0, 0/1/1 all same 9T

Timeout interdigit 3.

but i was test

csim start 901040082271 (korea mobile phone number)

it take 10seconds my mobilephone ringing.

and my customers said to me

ringbacktone was listen 10 seconds later from last dtmf,

So.. it is my fault? 2811 fault ? OR Other side PBX fault? i dont know..

and how to debug this problem?

i use debus voice ccpai inout but i cant read this..

do have any idea? or any documents?

Hi.

10 seconds PDD for mobile subscriber is normal (at least in Russia). In your case delay includes your interdigit timeout on voice port and PDD caused by PBX, carrier and mobile operator.

You can reduce PDD by using more specific route patterns, for example destination-pattern ^90..........$
