Is there any way to implement consultive call transfer on FXS analog phone?
As far as I know MGCP allows only blind one - analog phone user presses 'flash' gets dial tone, dials target number and the call gets forwarded immediately. Is is possible to change this behaviour?
Another option could be controlling an FXS port with STACP application - has anyone tried to implement call transfer with SCCP analog gateway? How does it work?

If you do a Cisco.com search for SCCP controlled FXS ports, you will see the many feature codes for stcapp.
Basically you can do things like hookflash to get a new line, and then press a certain code, like ##1 to join the lines in a conference or ##2 to transfer it.

You mean the feature mode with configurable feature codes?
But is there any way to configure the behaviour when you press hookflash first time to get a new line, dial the second number, consult it and then press hookflash another time to do transfer?

I believe this is the way that it works, yes.
Otherwise this is how the TCL transfer script works, and doesn't require the use of SCCP.
