I am not sure what I am missing but I am unable to complete a call between two local zones on a single gatekeeper setup. I have an endpoint registering in one zone and trying to complete a call to a gateway in another zone.
If I remove the second zone and put both the endpoint and the gateway in the same zone it works fine.
here is the current gatekeeper config:

zone local ucm dom.com
zone prefix ucm 5....
gw-type-prefix 1#* default-technology
no shutdown
The gateway is an h.225 trunk to call manager 4.2.3 and the endpoint is a Tandberg conference phone.
