generate calls from remote applications

Dear is there any way to contact the CME so that it can generate calls to the Asterisk AMI style? I think that is an application and this is communicated via tcp / ip with CME to generate calls?

SIPp is good tool to generate call.

There are other tools which is cisco internal. I'm not aware of any other tools.

Which kind of calls? Who would be talking? What are you trying to do ?
