Getting Busy tone while dialing Fax No.

We have a setup where we have FAX machines connected to VG224. All FAX machines are working fine expect one. From that port if i connect Analogue phone then i am able to make outgoing call but for incoming result is same.

Kindly help me out in resolving this issue.

More information is needed:

* What protocol is the VG224 running?

* Is the call coming in from the PSTN?  If so, what type of circuit is it, and what protocol is being used on the VoIP leg?

* What type of fax switchover are you configured for and expecting to occur?
