Ghost Image using Acronis Software on CCM Servers

Is there any way where we can install the Acronis Ghost Image Backup utility on CCM Servers, version 4.1(3) sr5b? If yes, is there a document for the same?

it has not been tested so it's not supported, BARS is the only supported app for backing CUCM.

you're free to try installing it hoping nothing will break, if it breaks something and TAC believes it's the issue they won't provide support until you uninstall it and cannot be sure if uninstalling it will be enough to revert changes, worst case scenario is rebuild the server from scratch

The only officialy supported backup method is BARS/DRS depending on your version.

One more question. Is the same answer for the likes of IPCC? I know unity uses DiRT.
