With our previous 7900 phones, we used a handheld recorder that connected between the phone and handset. This allowed us to record phone calls to the device.
With the upgrade to the 8800 phones, these devices now only record one direction of audio.
Testing with a LRX-35 and a TRX20 adapter with no luck.
Has anyone used a device successfully to record calls from the phone?
