Hello all, I have a Cisco 7945 registered on the CUCM but client complains that oftentimes when he places a call, the timer starts reading before the call answered. Please how do i resolve this.

Hi all, Whenever i press directory>local directory or local speed dial on sip phone 8811 we are getting host not found error... Any solution for this ? We did manual entry of directory and uploaded speeddial.xml file as well.. Thanks in advance.
