Help please Unity Connection

Deal all

     I have a problem now I'm creating call handle finish already when I call to greeting have delay 10s before into greeting after that I hear lady said "SORRY"

then  I push number extension I hear lady said "Wait While I Transfer Your Call" (This problem at transfer rule page I change Transfer Calls To greeting>>>>extension and choose transfer type to release to switch It blank no ring back tone)

 

    

 

Where I make mistake please help

What kind of integration do you have??

Have you made sure there is no overlapping in CUCM?

    My product is    VG>>>>>>CUCM>>>>>>unity.sorry I don't understand overlapping in cucm ?

Then you can use the port status monitor to confirm the call is sent right away to CUC, and if the delay is really in CUC.
