Help to send updates via FTP in CUCM 8!!!!

Hello,

I want to send an update to 8 CUCM via FTP, however, I have doubts as to fill in the "Directory" in the Cisco Unified OS Administrator> Software Upgrades> Install Upgrade.

The file is located on a Windows server, and inside the folder C: \

My question is: What to use in the "Directory"?

Hi,

The directory on the CUCM page is usually set to "\" meaning the root directory of your FTP server.

In reality, the problem was local. The STP server I used was looking for in different place from what I've set. But it worked.
