Hide caller ID for outbound calls in CallManager Express

How to hide caller ID for extensions when they are making outgoing call so that called person gets private number o display for example? Can this be done on CME or the provider has to do this?

Can it be done for all extension and also only for certain extension?

You can use "clid restrict" on the dial-peers that are used to match the outbound calls to pstn.
