After I installed locale package: cm-locale-zh_CN-ES-7.1.5.1300-1.cop.sgn. The administration GUI language changed to Chinese. But I want to keep English as the default languge. I guess there is a switch in somewhere to switch default language. It seems default language will be changed to the first locale language package.
Who knows how to change the default GUI language back to English? Thanks in advance.

No, I got it right.
In the past there used to be a drop down menu for which language you wanted, not anymore.
The language you get completely depends on your browser language settings.

Ok I happened to see this post.
You will have to change the prefer language setting of your browser.
Use Firefox as an example, go to Options -> Content -> Language, then click on the Choose button, and adjust the language preference accordingly.
