How can I sort out with phone set have 7914 module installed?

Dear All,

     My user's CM server is running 7.1(3),  user wants to know how to sort out which phone set have installed 7914 module.

Is it possible in CM7.1(3)? If yes, please show me the way.

Hi,

From CUCM admin page, you can go to the phone button template (Device --> Device settings --> Phone button button template) and select the one you have created for phones with expansion module (ex: 7960 with expansion module template) and then click on Dependency records in the Related Links, it will show the devices associated with thsi and when you click on phones a list along with MAC addresses (device name) appears.

For this you need to have dependency records service parameter enabled.
