how can make autoattendant using my voice gateway and call manager 6.1.2?

Dear All:

we don't have Unity connection server , we have just "call manager 6.1.2" and "voice gateway 3845" , is there any chance to create small Auto-attendant without Unity connection or Unity voice mail?

CUCM does not include any AA capabilities, you forcefully need CUC, CUE, UCCX, etc for this, CME does have a script, however, it's meant to only work with the phones on CME, I've heard of some people making this work along with CME, but that is not fully supported.

The other option, would be that you write down your own TCL script for the AA

Hi,

As Jaime mentioned, you can use BACD combined with CME and virtual SNR to get it working with CUCM.
