How do I check the time on the CUE?

How do i check to see what time my Cisco Unity Express has?

I put in the time zone, the NTP server, but it still seems like the time is wrong.

You can do "show clock". Check the NTP status with "show ntp status" and "show ntp association". It's best to have CUE point to CME for NTP. CME router will point to an edge NTP or maybe an atomic clock.
